hmmm.... interesting. If Destination URLs can be added through the web interface it must be hidden very well. I can not find it at all.
I know there is a column for it, but how do you actually define it for e.g. a keyword? I can see the Editor supports Destination URLs for some criteria, but then again the Editor is not always in sync with the web interface.
