The *Max CPC* column in both the *ADGROUP_PERFORMANCE_REPORT* and*KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT * has the following comment in the documentation:

But what we're seeing in practice is that this column contains the following possible values : - *x.xx *(when bidding is Manual) - *auto: x.xx* (when bidding is Budget Optimized) - *--* (when bidding is auto) Can someone please clarify why the difference between what the documentation says and what we're seeing.
