Hi bgraves, targetContextContextual is being depricated in favour of TargtRestrictSetting. Please see CampaignService.TargetRestrictSetting<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/CampaignService.TargetRestrictSetting>for details. Any campaign created in v201206 and onwards will have TargetRestrictedSetting by default.
