https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting They recommend up to 10 concurrent threads but can take more, although there is a potential RequestsPerSecond threshold you may hit. I believe they support gzip SOAP requests (both ways) which may help you. They have no hard-fast data limit but a lot of the API services have paging capabilities.
