Hi Kevin, Customer ID: 985-066-4270 We would also be grateful if you could escalate our approval too please. We started the process 6th March 2012 and were immediately warned 'Approval of your request may take 1 to 2 weeks'. The first of 6 questionnaires/actionpoints was sent to us 19th March 2012. We responded to every one within 24 hours given the importance of this to our customers. We thought we had received the final action point 10th May 2012 as in it, it said "Once this is done, please respond back to this email so we can complete your review", We did of course complete the action point and responded immediately.
