Yes, we too have been waiting for sometime and ours is for a renewal of a developers key (Customer ID: 466-899-7123). For us the wait isn't as bad as not knowing where we stand when our other departments are asking for a time-lines and updates on a weekly basis, and all our development group can say is "We have no idea" :(.
