same issue here, been waiting for what seems like eternity. I'm not even sure how long its been as the 'pending approval' status doesn't show what date we applied.
A few emails, chats etc. but nothing. Don't understand why the process is so drawn out given we need to comply with Google T&Cs and its a paid service. Is anyone able to help?
