We are experiencing the same problem. We began the process in early February. We received a request for additional information on February 23 which we responded to on the same day and now we have not been able to get a response from our emails. I resent everything with a recap earlier this week but still have not received anything back.
If there is any way the team can pass along my information it would be greatly appreciated. MCC 304-374-5521 Thanks in advance for your help.
