Hi Kevin, This was a report from the UI in the old version of the MCC Client Reporting. We used to have a scheduled report sent via email in XML format which we would then process. The old version of the reports would have: <row date="2012-01-31" ctr="0.048712206047032476"/> That is the ctr is a ratio rather than a percentage string. Now ctr comes through (and this is represented similarly in the API) as: <row day="2012-01-20" ctr="2.57%"/> So yes, the current UI and the API match, but there seems to have been a change to percentage formats and, you could argue, a loss of accuracy.
