Thank you for your response. Unfortunately we have tried this
approach, and have been told for 7 months or so to continue waiting.
I've never heard of such a long wait for a developer token to be
approved-- is there anything else you can suggest we do, or could you
perhaps investigate and tell us if our application is being held up by
something in particular? We were asked about how our tool might be
used, asked to update billing info, and to be sure that the terms and
conditions box was checked on our account, and all of this should be
in order. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly
appreciated.
