Sorry to cut in on your thread Bob, but I am having the same problems and am also looking for some way to expedite the process, or at the very least get some feedback from the API team on what might be preventing my company's dev tokens for being activated. I have also checked and rechecked that the billing info is up to date. I have seen other threads where Anash appears to be checking on these things, so I hope that someone might be able to do the same for Bob and I.
