Update:

After further inquiries the Token-Team refer to tool
"sitefactor" (www.sitefactor.de)
which we promote within our campaigns. sitefactor is an SEO-Tool that
has absolutely
nothing to do with the Google Adwords API or our API-Tool.

The Token-Team rejected the activation for a reason (providing the
tool to a third party)
that is simply not true and based on a misunderstanding.

After I told all the things to the Token-Team, they wrote

"In the best interest of our AdWords API policies, we are unable to
reconsider this application."

So where do we go from here? Did we develop our application for
nothing?

I can hardly put in words how astonished I am about your approach and
dealing with
customers.

To sum it up:

- We have developed a proper tool to manage our campaigns within the
API.
- We will use the software solely in-house without any third party at
all.
- We do have numerous active campaigns, i.e. we’re serious
advertisers.

There`s absolutely no reason for rejecting the API-access and I think
it’s quite sad that we
have to act like a supplicant in this matter by now.

Incredible.......
