I don't think this metric is available anymore through reporting, but
by choosing the new "Slot" field you could average the CPC for rows
that have a top value in the Slot field and that would get you an
estimate of how much it typically costs to get the top slot. As stated
on the blogspot post you referenced above, there are many things
besides bid that determine who gets the top slot, so this metric is
problematic.


This "Slot" field is listed in other report types as well, including
the Ad performance report, but this link will bring you to the keyword
