Is this field (Est. Top Page Bid) available in the new (201109) keyword performance reports or in any other report type (201109) ? http://adwords.blogspot.com/2011/08/top-of-page-bid-estimates.html Reading this http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reportguide.html#keyword_performanc e I don't think it is available through reporting. Just want to make sure. Please let me know.
