Hi, We recently identified an issue where an account that has never been linked to an MCC account will have a CID of -1 in the ServicedAccountService. We are in communication with the core engineering team regarding this issue, but I don't have any updates at this time. The only workaround I'm aware of is asking the user to enter the CID for their account.
