Some of our client accounts gives the <customerId>-1</customerId> on ServicedAccountService:get request. I found couple of accounts for which we get null customerId as well. Can we have the reason why the actual customerId is not retrieved?
Is there any other way to retrieve the customerId for such accounts? I tried the InfoService, but again this requires the MCC account, so is not of much use for the some accounts that are not connected to any MCC Account.
