Hi Bilal, To obtain monthly search volumes you should use the TargetingIdeaService<http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/TargetingIdeaService.html> and to retrieve average CPCs you should use the TrafficEstimatorService<http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/TrafficEstimatorService.html> . Give it a look to the code examples linked at the right hand side of these pages.
