Hi, The CustomerSyncService returns back an array of CampaignChangeData which has an array of AdGroupChangeData which itself has an array of changedCriteria IDs, documented here: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/CustomerSyncService.AdGroupChangeData.html
