Hi Dmitry, Further to what Evgeniy mentioned, here's the general workflow in developing an AdWords API application.
- Create an AdWords MCC account if you don't have one yet. - Login to the AdWords MCC account (hint: There should be a My Client Center tab in this account). Navigate to My Account->AdWords API Center to signup for a developer token. - Link your AdWords account under this MCC. Now, develop your application. Developer guide is http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/developer/index.html, client libraries are at http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/clientlibraries.html, and you can ask your questions on this forum. The clients who wish to user your product should link their AdWords account under your MCC. Your product can then make API calls on behalf of the linked account. Your account will be charged for the API calls you make, and you can transfer that cost to the clients. InfoService (http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/InfoService.html) exposes functionality that allows you to track the API cost for each client. Hope this helps.
