Hi everyone, v201101 cross-client reports were unlaunched, see http://adwordsapi.blogspot.com/2011/03/update-to-reporting-service-in-adwords.html. So the code example DownloadCrossClientReport.php is correct, but it won't work until v201101 cross-client reports are relaunched. We will announce on our blog when v201101 cross-client reports are available, but right now I don't have a target date by which this feature will be available. Until then you need to use v13 cross-client reports.
