We authenticate using an MCC account and specify a client account
using ClientEmail. I have double and triple checked the data we are
sending and it is correct.

I'm using v200909 client libraries and VB.net

I am sending

email
password
useragent
developerToken
applicationToken
clientEmail

Still get the AuthToken exception
