Still get an error when trying to log in.  I had requested that the
AdWords Specialist confirm that the API was active and I never got a
response.  The code on my end has not changed I confirmed that the
information being sent is correct, matches what I see in the API area
of my MCC account - but I get an error as follows.  We have been
updating manually and it is very difficult.

{"Login failed"}
{"The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."}
