Hi Ian, As I referenced in the forum thread you linked to, zero-impression rows will be returned so long as you don't include any fields that properties of an impression. For example, Day, Device, AdNetwork1, etc. If you only include fields relating to the properties of the ad, keyword, etc then all rows should be returned. If you are still having troubles post your report definition so we can take a look.
