I was under the impression--no pun intended--that zero impression rows were not returned in aggregated results per this<http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/forum.html?place=topic%2Fadwords-api%2F7lCGYa5es18%2Fdiscussion>discussion. I also just tested the predicate on our production account w/ no success. If there is a way to pull down all items in an aggregated resultset, it would be helpful.
