Hi Faraz, The equivalent of getKeywordVariations is TargetingIdeaService.get. See our per-call migration guide at http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/callguide.html for more details. You can also refer to http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/trunk/examples/v201008/GetRelatedKeywords.php for a code example.
