Hi Faraz, The PHP version of AdWords API client library is available from http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/. It has code examples for most of the common tasks, and supports the latest version of the API, upto v201008. You can download the latest version of the library, read the README and start using the library. In case of any issues or questions, feel free to ask on the forum, and I can help you out.
