Also can you clarify my previous concern below "Also Here we need some more clarifications , we are trying to use Google Ads API only for offline conversions , not to make or read campaigns etc So for only upload offline conversions through API, do we really need Test account? or we can test offline conversions in production with API Access level Basic/Standard?"
