HI, We are a software development agency who is developing a SEO tool which requires keywords data, so we want to integrate keyword planner tool in our software for external use, so my question is can get the access from Google under paid or free subscription if yes what is the process to get. *Note: our tool does not support any Google Ads campaigns.*
