I *have *now confirmed that this field does indeed vary; I pulled it for our accounts on a given hour this evening that I had previously pulled on July 24, 2024 (so about a month ago). Six campaigns cost for that single hour varied anywhere from roughly a penny to roughly $3.81. So the question would then really just be: how far after the DateTime the data represents is it safe to know that all adjustments to it have been made? I am not certain, though I might guess it might be a week (inferences from the documentation linked earlier), but I imagine that may be particularly what you are already are proactively specifically inquiring about, so I definitely do appreciate that.
