Between various campaigns, there is an inconsistency of how
ProxyMaxCPC(cost) is displayed in the report. In some reports, it shows
cost as a dollar decimal, e.g. 19.51. In others, it shows cost in
microcents, 19510000. Is there some setting or is this a foul-up in the
reporting mechanism. Can I assume that if there is no decimal in the
cost field that it's in microcents? I need to be accurate as I'm
adjusting the campaign budget based on what was spent for the previous
day.
