Kindly please note that the Google Ads API does not support all fields that are supported in the Google Ads UI. We have created a feature request on your behalf for the Ad Relevance metrics. Relevant updates can be found in the Google Ads API release notes. Could you please provide full screen screenshot of the UI? So that i can further investigate the issue.
