Upon checking the resource mapping, it must be ad_group or ad_group_criterion level, this should be a campaign/ad group criterion. With this, I can confirm that only ad_group_criterion.quality_info.post_click_quality_score and ad_group_criterion.quality_info.creative_quality_score is on an ad_group_criterion level. For the conversion metrics, you may try the segments.conversion_lag_bucket field to be included in the report type. Let me know if you have further questions.
