I understand your concern about getting the “AdRelevance, LandingPageExperience, and DaysToConversion” information at an ad level. But for us to better assist you with this matter, can you provide us with a complete screenshot of UI fields that you want to retrieve an API report? If it includes errors in API, you can also provide us with complete request and response logs with request ID generated for said report. Please also note that if you want to retrieve data from ad level, then you may use the ad_group_ad report. See full documentation here.
