If it helps out any, AdWords API Advisor, ojak is not alone in this issue. I've been getting the same UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR when performing a BulkMutateJobService in the sandbox environment. It happens only occasionally, and inconsistently.
I was searching all day yesterday for something about this issue. So I guess it's somewhat refreshing to know that I'm not alone, and that it's (hopefully) not on our end.
