Hello, Could you turn on logging in the Java client library (as per the instructions at http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-java/source/browse/trunk/README) and take a look at the SOAP response you get back with the error message in it. Could you let us know what the value of the "requestId" SOAP header is in that response?
