Hello, Reports scheduled from the web interface and reports scheduled from the API are both run by the same common reports service backend code, and if you specify the exact same parameters and run the reports for a date in the past that is completely settled, the output will be identical.
Based on what you describe, you're setting one or more different parameters. Both reports should be correct, it's just that you're asking for different data.
