I'm surely going to be putting out a version which supports v13 well before the deadline of v12, but no guarantees about the new features which would be available though. That said... No, the Perl library is not officially supported by Google. But it is open source (yeah, a blessing in disguise). :) You can derive from it, branch it, maintain your own copy, etc. Hope this helps.
