Hello,

I know that the Placement Performance report has a specific Help
Center article explaining that results aren't available until after
3pm Pacific Time on the following day:

  http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=71962

I don't see a corresponding article suggesting the same thing for
Search Query Reports, but I wouldn't be too surprised if this was the
case, especially if you see the same behavior on the AdWords web
interface and the API. I ran my own test report after 6pm Eastern/3pm
Pacific.

I'll see if we can get a Help Center article put in place about that.

Cheers,
-Jeff Posnick, AdWords API Team
