Hello, I ran a Search Query report yesterday, Jan. 8, for the period of time between Jan. 1 - Jan. 7, and didn't have any trouble getting data for queries that took place on Jan. 7.
Have you tried running the same report via the AdWords web interface? Could you try running a few reports from there (where you won't incur any API charges) throughout the day and determine when the data for yesterday (or two days ago, if you never get data for yesterday) first becomes available?
