 It's not something that can be done with the API. I'd recommend
contacting the AdWords representative who is working on the account in
question, or if there isn't a specific contact person assigned for the
account, using the form at

  https://adwords.google.com/support/bin/request.py?fhc=1&ctx=cuffhelp

to request assistance.
