I am having problems also. Maybe the issue is related to periodic cleansing of sandbox accounts? I returned from vocation and .NET application that was working with sandbox the day before I left is not working now when I got back. No change -- same app.
I have tried downloading the latest .NET library (awapi_dotnet_lib_2.1.0.tar.gz) and switching to v13 but no luck.
