I'd noticed the metric was available in the performance report (where I'd expect it to be) it was only that our code makes (made...) use of the minCpc as a strategy/setting for keywords and is being populated in the structure sync phase of our processes. If the minCpc had never been made available via the structure report, then I'd have written our code differently, populating this value from the performance report sync's; I was just hoping to save on some dev costs - hence the original question.
