As I found in compatibility matrix TSM support L700e with ascs and L700 without it. I don’t know what is the difference between L700 and L700e but in general L700 will work and supported only with TSM device driver. Also I found this question ( https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?messageID=585674 ) with another problem, but he defined the library in TSM.
