Yes, luckily Windows servers have to be booted quite often anyway. Sill it is up to a 30 day wait and overtime compared to 5 minutes there and then to install the BA client.
As I understand IBM has put this huge burden on us for one reason only: A minor improvement in the aesthetics of the GUI. Hans Chr.
