Hi Harry, In the DSM.OPT file... do you really have this? INCLUDE.VMTSMVSS <Exchange_VM>
or does it actually have the real VM name in there, something like: INCLUDE.VMTSMVSS MAILSERV15 It needs to be the real VM name. (I can't tell if you changed the messages to protect the real names or the messages below show the actual messages you see.) If that's not the issue, then it is difficult to determine why the injection failed based on the information below. I suggest opening a PMR. IBM Support can get a trace with the VMTSMVSS traceflag to find out what is happening.
