Hi Erwann! Thanks to your link it's now working! The caveat was that in our shop the TSM code is installed on a separate filesystem (through a softlink in /opt/tivoli). Apparently TSM or DB2 doesn't like softlinks because it will translate them to the target path. So the softlinks in the sqllib directory of the instance were not pointing to /opt/tivoli/tsm/db2 but to the target filesystem /mount/data00602/tsm/db2. The filesystem name was different between the two nodes and thus DB2 wasn't working after a take-over. By keeping the name identical between both nodes we fixed the issue.
