Maybe I am wrong, but RMAN is not able to backup databases directly to NFS file systems. Options are: local disk or TSM. By the way, TSM can be configured to use FILE pool using NFS mounted file system. I think performance will be a serious issue in this case (max 60Mb/s via 1Gb Ethernet is not enough for Oracle backups).
