One thing we have seen help with IE* in regards to performance, and specifically if multiple users access the AC simultaneously, is to increase the Java heap size of the underlying application. If the environment where the AC is installed allows it, of course. You can use the support utility to change the Java heap max value. Thanks.

It is certified to work with ie 6.0 and Firefox 2.0. Has anyone come up with a work around to get it to work with ie7, 8, or 9? Or Chrome?
