How does your CMD file look like? The error code you got their is the last command in your CMD file that reports that error and probably not the TDP.

Return code = -1073741819. 07/11/2009 02:13:52 ANS1909E The scheduled command failed. 07/11/2009 02:13:52 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'SAT_FULL' failed. Return code = -1073741819. 07/12/2009 12:01:01 ANS1909E The scheduled command failed. 07/12/2009 12:01:01 ANS1512E Scheduled event 'SUN_INCR' failed. Return code = -1073741819. And, is it not possible to run a trace over the scheduled backup? The IBM site says it is only enabled when activating the GUI with options. http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/tivihelp/v1r1/topic/com.ibm.itsmm.doc/b_pdg_master179.htm#dqx2r_pdg_xchngtrace I'd really like to trace the Exchange scheduled operation, to see what is actually producing the -1073741819 error code. Cheers :) Matthew
