The customer's use of Tivoli SANergy components, included with IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Storage Area Networks, is limited to use of LAN-free backup and restore to disk, in conjunction with its licensed use of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager for Storage Area Networks.
